Nathan Pitchford writes over at Reformation Theology. He has put forth five reasons why there appears to be a growing interest in Calvinism and Reformed Theology among younger evangelicals. I will list his main points here, but you should click over there and read his reasoning.
1. Dissatisfaction with the theology and religious
environment of our parents.2. Desire for a rootedness and connectedness with the
historic faith.3. The resurgence of Puritan literature.
4. John Piper.
5. The internet (and Monergism in particular).
I would add John MacArthur, RC Sproul, Nine Marks. Can you think of others?

I would add Michael Scott Horton. His book “Putting Amazing back into Grace” changed my world along w/ the White Horse Inn.
